Position: Bartender job
About: Elsa’s Mexican Restaurants invites you to join the team providing amazing service to guests treated like family. We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience by creating Elsa’s Legendary Margaritas, classic, and innovative drinks, exceeding guests’ expectations, and having a full knowledge of our extensive menu.
Requirements: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons; Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks; Assess customers’ needs and preferences, make recommendations; Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age; Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining an orderly bar; Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience; Comply with all food and beverage regulations; Responsible for processing to-go carryout orders; Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
