Position: Bartender job
About: A vibrant and bustling restaurant and bar seeking a dedicated Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, crafting delicious drinks, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred; Familiarity with a wide range of drink recipes and the ability to mix drinks accurately and quickly. Understanding of food menu items and pairing recommendations; Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests. Strong multitasking and organizational skills; Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (such as kegs and trays), and perform physically demanding tasks; Possession of a ‘Beer Savvy’ Beer Server Certification; Ability to work in close quarters and keep pace during high volume shifts; Reliable transportation to and from the workplace; Flexibility to work unconventional hours – nights & weekends required
