About: Cookshop, a seasonal restaurant located in Chelsea next to the High Line Hotel, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join their team. The restaurant showcases the freshest local ingredients and offers a rotating weekly wine list to provide guests with new and interesting experiences. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a fast-paced bar environment preferred; strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and allergens; ability to provide exceptional guest service; familiarity with drink mechanics and pricing; adherence to cleanliness and safety standards; compliance with state alcohol serving requirements
