Position: Bartender job
About: A high-end restaurant in need of a Bartender who will be responsible for providing prompt and friendly F&B service to guests, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining cleanliness in all bar areas, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the bar operations. The ideal candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage offerings.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender; working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor; be 21 years of age; possess math skills for handling money and operating a point-of-sale system; ability to learn menu offerings and maintain knowledge of changes; proficiency in English; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and have specific vision abilities; competencies in interpersonal skills, leadership, customer service, oral and written communication, organizational support, planning/organizing, professionalism, and dependability; ability to arrive punctually, attend meetings and training sessions, adhere to safety policies, communicate effectively, and contribute to teamwork
