Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; one to two years of experience; minimum state requirement for serving alcohol; alcohol awareness certification and food service permit as per local or state regulations; ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends; capacity to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently; stand for the entire shift; excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest complaints efficiently; maintain composure and objectivity under pressure; work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; strong grasp of financial information and basic arithmetic functions
