Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bartender role preferred; knowledge of beverage preparation and serving; compliance with alcohol laws and safety regulations; ability to handle cash transactions; strong customer service skills; physical stamina to lift and move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged hours; mental acuity and toughness to handle high-stress situations; willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s standards and guidelines; availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
