Position: Bartender job
About: Ruby Tuesday is currently seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar and dining areas, following Ruby Tuesday recipes and standards. The role also includes providing food service to guests dining in the bar area.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; No prior work experience required; Ability to provide friendly guest service; Knowledge of preparing mixed drinks and beverages; Compliance with food handling, serving techniques, and alcohol serving regulations; Proficiency in cash handling and credit card transactions; Familiarity with operating office equipment; Attention to detail and time management skills; Professional attitude with effective communication skills; Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Adaptability to fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environments.
