Position: Bartender job
About: Atlas Restaurant Group, a rapidly growing company in Baltimore, is seeking a Bartender to greet customers, learn about their preferences, recommend menu items, and prepare beverages and food. The Bartender will also upsell items, create recipes, handle basic cleaning duties, and work with proper equipment and ingredients in a dynamic bar environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience required; meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol; dependable, responsible, and reliable; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; basic math and computer skills; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; team player is a must; strong task and time management abilities; eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques; ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs; maintaining composure, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior even in difficult situations.
