Position: Bartender job
About: The Bartender position at ASM Global involves stocking, preparing, and serving alcoholic drinks to patrons at bars, concession stands, and/or beer trailers for catered and non-catered events. Bartenders are expected to have a positive attitude, knowledge of mixed drinks, and proper service etiquette. This position is part-time and hours are determined by the Old National Event Plaza’s event schedule. The pay is $15.00/hour plus tips.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old; possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses; pass a background check and credit screening for cash handling purposes; some food service experience desired; ability to accurately count and handle money; knowledge of basic food preparation and safe food handling practices; knowledge of alcohol service and mixing drinks; able to work and focus in a fast-paced environment; ability to follow directions, adapt to constant change, and effectively perform the work; can work well with others in a team environment and also work independently; positive attitude and neat appearance; must speak and understand English; understanding of basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
