Our bartenders play a crucial role in providing top-notch craft cocktails and drinks to our guests while offering exceptional customer service and building rapport with patrons through their extensive knowledge of spirits and mixology techniques.
Requirements: Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service including classic cocktails; Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine with a major focus on bourbon, rye, and American whiskey; Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly and argumentative patrons; Ability to learn cash register software; Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or other related training preferred; Advanced bartending skills and abilities; Minimum of one-year related experience
