Position: Bartender job
About: Doubletree by Hilton is seeking a dedicated Bartender to ensure timely and professional service for guests, consistently meeting or exceeding the hotel’s standards. The role involves maintaining a fully stocked bar, serving guests, handling payment transactions accurately, and keeping the bar area clean and orderly. The Bartender will also be responsible for guest relations, team interaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year prior food and beverage service experience; must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol; knowledge of food health codes; knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common beverages; basic knowledge of food preparation; ability to lift up to 30 pounds; ability to stand for long periods of time; able to handle guest complaints professionally; willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights; able to maintain a professional appearance; able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; must have a passion for providing excellent customer service experience
