As a Bartender at Longhorn Steakhouse, the role involves mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, guiding guests through menus, ensuring the bar is stocked and clean, following company standards for serving alcohol, and collaborating as a team to provide an excellent dining experience for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending or beverage service preferred; strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and teamwork skills
