Position: Bartender job
About: HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Barback/Bartender to join our team. The role involves maintaining the bar setup, serving guests with courtesy, and ensuring compliance with alcohol serving regulations in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Requirements: Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages; Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, and understand portion sizes; Sufficient manual dexterity in hands for garnishing, mixing drinks, and stocking; Ability to remember and promote menu items; Effective verbal and written communication skills; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and customers
