Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States; 2+ years high-volume recent bartending experience; excellent communication skills; ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, provide exceptional hospitality, make menu recommendations, and have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; familiarity with basic cocktail recipes, cleanliness standards, high-volume environments, POS and reservation systems, and adherence to alcoholic beverage laws and company policies; availability for weekends and holidays
