Position: Bartender job
About: ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Bartender for the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Bartender will work under the direction of the Director of Food & Beverage and the Food & Beverage Manager, responsible for ensuring total guest satisfaction and skilled service in adherence to ASM policies.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to read signs and follow simple oral and written instructions; excellent customer service skills; must pass a background check including a credit history report; must obtain an ABO Card and LATC Permit; 1 year experience as a bartender in restaurants, convention centers, or arenas preferred; high school diploma or GED preferred; good oral communication skills; knowledge of popular mixed drink recipes; ability to operate a cash register and credit card machine; must be able to lift 45 pounds unaided
