Position: Bartender job
About: The Lounge Bartender plays a vital role in guest satisfaction at the bar, utilizing their mixology skills, customer service abilities, and entertainment flair to provide guests with an outstanding experience. They expertly prepare and serve drinks, engage with guests, and enhance the overall atmosphere of the establishment. The work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. The exposure to hazards or physical risks requires following basic safety precautions and use of applicable protective equipment.
Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred; Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Good communication and active listening skills; Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing; Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
