Position: Bartender job
About: Tomatillos Restaurant and Bar is hiring professionally minded, service-oriented bartenders to join their unique family restaurant. The ideal candidate will take a vested interest in guests’ dining experience, prepare a variety of beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, comply with all TABC regulations, engage in lively conversation with bar patrons, exhibit excellent mixology skills focusing on margaritas, ensure accurate and timely orders, suggest menu items and upsell to enhance the dining experience, collaborate with restaurant management to address customer concerns promptly, assist fellow staff members, and thrive in a fast-paced bar environment with flexible hours based on sales volume. A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience is required for this role.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of bartending experience; strong knowledge of mixology, particularly in margaritas; ability to engage with customers and enhance their dining experience; familiarity with TABC regulations; effective communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended shifts based on business demands
