Position: Bartender job
About: Outback Steakhouse is a renowned restaurant chain located at 4312 Portsmouth Blvd, currently seeking a Beverage Server to join their team. As a Bartender at Outback Steakhouse, you will exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each customer’s preferences. The role requires developing an extensive knowledge of the drink menu, making recommendations, and assisting Servers with questions about the bar menu.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bartending or similar role preferred; strong knowledge of drink menu items; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
