About: Bartender/Shift Supervisor at BRG, responsible for fulfilling beverage service orders and supervising shifts in a restaurant setting. Ensuring high-quality service and efficiently managing bar operations.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred; ATC Responsible Vendor’s License; basic math and computer/tablet skills; ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment; superb multitasking skills; availability to work various hours including weekends, days, nights, and holidays; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods; manual dexterity; knowledge of customer service principles and processes; comply with all company policies.
