Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred; minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages; certification in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service requirements; strong sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community, and fun attributes; exceptional guest service skills
