About: Melting Pot is currently seeking Bartenders to join their team. As a Bartender at Melting Pot, you will create memorable experiences for guests through food and drink recommendations, excellent service, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced and supportive team environment. Responsibilities include understanding the Guest Obsessed culture, making recommendations, building rapport with guests, maintaining a clean bar area, handling guest complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Requirements: Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English; Must meet local legal minimum age requirement to serve alcohol; Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; Skill and coordination in pouring drinks, carrying dishes, and preparing garnishes.
