Position: Bartender job
About: Benihana is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join their team. The role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring positive guest interactions in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in bartending, preferably with a background in Japanese cuisine, wine, spirits, and sake.
Requirements: 1-2 years’ experience in bartending preferred; previous experience with Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi and sake preferred; basic understanding of wine, spirits, and sake preferred; must be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service by applicable agency; must be 21 years of age or older (based on state law); high school diploma or GED preferred
