Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Bartender preferred; strong knowledge of crafting alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to company standards; ability to guide guests through menus and provide recommendations; excellent communication and customer service skills; attention to detail in order taking and service; commitment to maintaining a stocked and clean bar environment with adherence to safety and sanitation practices
