Requirements: You must be a team player with the ability to greet guests and take orders, have complete knowledge of the food and drink menu, be attentive to guests’ needs, operate a POS system, finalize guests’ checks, maintain an organized account of tickets and cash, assist with serving food and drink, construct signature cocktails, help clean and clear the bar area, take phone and To-Go orders, handle opening, closing, and other side duties; ability to carry 50 lbs.
