Requirements: 3+ years of casual dining mixology experience; thorough knowledge of casual dining, service procedures, and functions; cleanliness, organization, and teamwork skills; extensive food and wine knowledge; minimum age to serve alcohol; dedication to learning and progressing in a casual dining environment; basic math skills and point-of-sale system proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and financial acumen; impeccable grooming, hygiene, and posture; responsive to constructive feedback from Management
