About: The Capital Grille, located at 4242 Six Forks Road, is seeking Beverage Servers, Barbacks, and Banquet Attendants to join their team. As a Bartender at The Capital Grille, you will provide exceptional guest services in the bar area, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, assisting guests with menu choices, taking orders, and maintaining a stocked and clean bar environment while upholding company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in bartending or serving roles preferred; familiarity with mixing drinks and bar operations; excellent customer service skills; ability to follow beverage serving guidelines
