Position: Bartender job
About: Benihana, located at 2579 Town Center Blvd, is seeking a Beverage Server/Barback to join their team. As a Bartender at Benihana, you will be responsible for positive guest interactions, accurately preparing and serving beverages, following standard recipes, mixing ingredients, preparing cocktails, offering and serving food items to guests, collecting payment for drinks, and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized bar area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service; ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and cleanliness
