Requirements: Responsible for bank and daily small cash change; Ensure that all beverages are prepared to maintain quality standards; Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; Record drink orders accurately into Point of Sale; Wash and sterilize glassware; Maintain cleanliness in all bar areas; Assist with setting up restaurant, running food orders, serving guests, and other FOH tasks; Perform all duties following health department sanitation requirements
