Position: Bartender job
About: Benihana is seeking a detail-oriented Bartender who is responsible for positive guest interactions, accurately preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and offering food items to guests in a friendly manner. This role involves following standard recipes, mixing drinks, and ensuring a well-organized bar area at all times.
Requirements: 1-2 years’ experience in bartending preferred; previous experience with Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi and sake preferred; basic understanding of wine, spirits, and sake preferred; must be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service; must be 21 years of age or older (based on state law); high school diploma or GED preferred
