Position: Bartender job
About: Arbor’s Luxurious Assisted Living Community in East Memphis is looking for a Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food in a courteous and engaging manner. Key responsibilities include interacting with residents, maintaining cleanliness, mixing cocktails, and ensuring resident satisfaction in the bar and dining areas.
Requirements: High school education or GED equivalent required; 1+ years of experience working as a bartender; ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for up to an 8-hour shift; effective communication skills; knowledge of OSHA regulations and state food-handling regulations; passion for working with senior citizens; patience and cheerful disposition.
