About: The Greene Turtle is seeking a dedicated Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a dynamic team environment. The bartender will be responsible for preparing drinks according to The Greene Turtle’s recipes, serving alcohol responsibly to of-age guests, and adhering to all service protocols in a fast-paced bar setting.
Requirements: Mix all ingredients accurately following Greene Turtle recipes; Pour wine, liquor, and beer with precision; Check identification for alcohol purchases; Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment; Serve guests with a positive attitude and follow service steps; Ring up items accurately in MICROS; Possess extensive knowledge of menu items; Act professionally and responsibly; Stock and restock bar inventory; Complete assigned cleaning duties and training; Hold a valid alcohol compliance certification; Perform additional tasks as requested by management
