About: The Lobby Bar Bartender at our hotel plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction at the bar, showcasing their mixology skills, exceptional customer service, and entertainment abilities to deliver a memorable experience. They are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, engaging with guests, and creating a vibrant ambiance within the establishment.
Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred; strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; good communication and active listening skills; basic math skills for cash handling and order processing; familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations; willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Bartending and Tips Certification required
