Position: Bartender job
About: KSL Resorts, a leading hotel company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Barback/Bartender in the food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant and bar. The role involves servicing guests, preparing beverage orders, and supporting the food servers, bartenders, and cocktail servers while maintaining the bar area.
Requirements: Knowledgeable of beverages, recipes, correct glassware, and garnishes; ensure compliance with state liquor regulations; prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision; detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively; possess excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to handle physical requirements of the job; work with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; remain calm and use good judgment in problem-solving; follow directions, understand guest service needs, and work well within a team environment.
