About: The Capital Grille, located at 10 Memorial Blvd, is seeking a Beverage Server/Barback/Banquet Attendant to join their team. As a Bartender at The Capital Grille, you will demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest services in the bar area, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, assisting guests in menu selection, maintaining bar cleanliness, and upholding alcohol serving standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
