Requirements: Positive attitude; Punctuality; Great customer care and keen restaurant instincts; Willingness to use all bar tools including jiggers and speed pourers; Baseline knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and a willingness to learn about Greek food, wines, beer, and spirits; Ability to capably manage a high volume service bar; Knowledge of Toast POS Systems; Working Knowledge of steps of service; General Familiarity of Classic Cocktails; Bar Prep; Bar Stocking; Bar Cleaning; Ability to commit to Avli Training; Ability to lift ~30lbs
