Position: Bartender job
About: Kona Grill is seeking a dedicated Bartender to contribute to creating a vibrant, positive, and energetic bar setting while consistently delivering a superior KONA GRILL experience. Key responsibilities include focusing on guest satisfaction, preparing and serving drinks professionally, teamwork, time management, multitasking, and menu knowledge. This role may also entail serving tables in the designated bar area.
Requirements: 1-2 years previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced full-service restaurant; must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol; preferred work experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining environment; friendly and outgoing interaction with the public and coworkers; able to handle cash drawer responsibly and maintain throughout the shift; capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs. multiple times during the shift; stamina to stand and move efficiently for up to 8 hours; effective communication skills in English.
