About: DBMC Restaurants, LLC doing business as Walk On’s Bistreaux & Bar is seeking a professional Bartender to join their team, offering a taste of Louisiana with a passion for food and fun in a vibrant gameday atmosphere. The position entails serving classical cocktails and innovative beverages to patrons while providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the energetic atmosphere of the establishment.
Requirements: 18 years of age or minimum legal age to serve alcohol; fluent in English; ability to handle money and perform basic mathematical calculations; knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits with familiarity in standard drink recipes; physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, bend, stoop, and work in a fast-paced restaurant setting; effective communication skills with guests and team members; willingness to take responsibility for guest experience and adhere to company bar standards; teamwork mentality and capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues; adherence to uniform guidelines and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area; familiarity with common bar drinks and trends; dedication to job responsibilities and customer satisfaction.
