Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role preferred; strong knowledge of beverages and the ability to make recommendations; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; familiarity with inventory management; excellent communication and customer service skills; willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physical endurance to stand for prolong hours and lift up to 25 pounds; mental toughness to manage conflict and high-stress situations
