Position: Bartender job

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to stand during the entire shift; effective communication skills both verbally and in writing; multitasking and prioritization abilities; attendance at all hotel required meetings and trainings; maintenance of high standards of personal appearance and grooming; compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; initiative and anticipation of guest or operational needs; cross-training in other hotel-related areas; completion of other duties as requested by management
