Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible with long hours when required; able to stand during entire shift; effective communication skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; attentive, friendly, and courteous demeanor towards guests and colleagues; compliance with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations; problem-solving and multitasking abilities; maintain confidentiality and show initiative in anticipating guest needs; cross-training in various hotel areas; must understand and apply complex information to meet objectives.
