Position: Bartender job
About: The Rustic Tavern is seeking a Bartender to join our team in providing excellent customer service and creating a vibrant atmosphere. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing cocktails, serving alcohol responsibly, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding service standards in our dynamic bar environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred; strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, pour amounts, and alcohol service regulations; ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 80 pounds occasionally, and work in varying temperatures; excellent communication and customer service skills
