About: THE Mexicano is a scratch kitchen and craft cocktail Mexican restaurant concept located in an energetic and high-volume environment where experienced bartenders are valued for their commitment to quality service and high standards.
Requirements: A passionate, service-minded individual inspired to provide excellent service; at least 1 year of barback experience in a high-volume restaurant; excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team; current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain it upon hire; Title 4 Alcohol Certificate for Servers & Bartenders; Aloha experience a plus
