Requirements: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages; at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience, preferably in a high volume or fast casual dining environment; knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preparation and presentation; ability to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic manner with customers and coworkers; capable of lifting up to 40 pounds; cash handling and customer service experience; familiarity with alcohol awareness procedures; compliance with customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies and procedures.
