Position: Bartender job
About: Ruby Tuesday, a restaurant chain known for its casual dining experience, is seeking a responsible and skilled Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests in the bar area and dining room, following Ruby Tuesday’s recipes and standards. The role also includes providing food service to diners in the bar area and meeting or exceeding sales objectives set by management.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; Knowledge of and ability to properly prepare mixed drinks and beverages; Ability to comply with food handling and alcohol serving regulations; Proficiency in cash handling and credit card transactions; Basic computer and office equipment operation skills; Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills; Professional attitude with effective communication and listening skills; Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
