Position: Bartender job
About: Responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately preparing and responsibly serving beverages at a restaurant in a friendly and efficient manner. Follows standard recipes, mixes ingredients, prepares cocktails and drinks, offers and serves food items, collects payments, and maintains a clean and organized bar area.
Requirements: 1-2 years’ experience in bartending preferred; Previous experience with Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi and sake preferred; Basic understanding of wine, spirits, and sake preferred; Must be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service; Must be 21 years of age or older; High school diploma or GED preferred
