Position: Bartender job
About: Smithfield Station is currently seeking a Bartender who will provide timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages for guests. The primary objective is to ensure guests have a marvelous experience and would want to return. Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, processing payments, checking guest identification, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area. The Bartender will also interact with guests, make recommendations, and handle any issues related to excessive drinking or guest behavior. Additional duties include restocking inventory, preparing drink recipes, and providing local area information to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in bartending role preferred; knowledge of drink recipes and alcohol service standards; strong customer service skills; ability to handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
