Position: Bartender job
About: This position at a bar establishment is responsible for ensuring the quality, cleanliness, service, profitability, and the efficient operation of the Bar Area while on duty. The role reports to the Management Team and involves various daily responsibilities, including communicating with managers on operational issues, ensuring timeliness of deadlines, identifying and correcting problems in the beverage service and bar area, contributing to the overall positive morale of the staff, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed for both staff and guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to ensure quality service and efficient bar operations; knowledge of bar operations and Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
