Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations; ability to greet guests courteously and take drink orders efficiently; skill in mixing and garnishing drinks using standard recipes; knowledge of prudent portion control; ability to handle cash transactions accurately
