Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of bartender experience in a luxury hotel/club/restaurant; excellent food & beverage/wine knowledge; responsible alcohol service certificate; proficient in steps of service; excellent guest service skills and passion for hospitality; prior experience with Food & Beverage POS systems; ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English; detail-oriented and thorough; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
