Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in bartending and mixology; strong knowledge of menu items and service procedures; ability to work in a team, remain calm under pressure, and problem-solve effectively; physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift weights up to 15 lbs regularly, and up to 30 lbs occasionally; excellent communication and customer service skills
